We make every effort to portray an accurate image of our collection online. However, due to a combination of the nature of the internet and the vivid colours of some of the stones used in a number of our products this is not always possible. We can honestly say, and we are constantly reminded by our customers, that in most, if not all, cases the real thing is not done justice by the internet photographs.
Having said that, we do recognize that what you see may not be exactly what you were expecting so if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a no questions asked returns policy. Simply put, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just return the item(s) within 30 days from the order date and we will refund the card that was used for the original order.
If you would like to exchange an item, let us know what you would like instead and return the original item to us with a cheque (made payable to Sure Silver) for the difference if the cost of the replacement is higher. If the cost of the replacement item is lower, please return the original and we will send a cheque to you, made payable to the card holder who placed the order with us, along with the replacement item.
Note: All returns must be in their original packaging and have not been worn.
To return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 30 days from the date your order was shipped
We do not exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
Any refunds will have our cost of shipping deducted.
